We will be holding a job fair on Tuesday, December 5 from 10 am - 2 pm at Gray's Cafe in Ault.
We will be there to take applications and resumes, do some initial interviews, and to meet more folks in the community! If you have already gotten your MED Badge to work in the cannabis industry, please bring that with you.
If you do not have an MED Badge yet, we can get you the info you need to get that going! Heavy preference will be given to candidates who already have their badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado.

Experience:
To begin working in any dispensary in Colorado, you must have a valid badge from the State of Colorado to work in the cannabis industry.
This badge is obtained at the cost of the candidate/employee, and the company does not reimburse for this.
Because this is a customer facing role, reliability is super important! Customer Service experience in another role, either paid or volunteer.
Friendly, positive attitude and AMAZING communication skills.
Passion for the cannabis industry/product - even if you do not partake, you should be excited about what it can do for folks! General knowledge about cannabis products is a big plus! Willingness to learn the rules of this industry and uphold them every single day.
Basic computer skills - enough to operate ID software, use basic office programs, etc.
